Every day I welcome and serve customers in the store in Paris. Some of them know what they want, others are looking for something new. In the first case I try to introduce them to something different, and in the second I guide them to the right chocolate. Is it a present? For a lady or a gentleman? For which occasion? I do it discretely, in a calm and friendly way, never pushy. Another part of my job is dipping strawberries in chocolate, every morning. People love to watch this and come in to taste this delightful delicacy. I also take care of the presentation of the chocolates in the store. In the years I've been here I've come to know the range inside out. When new chocolates are introduced we are given a couple of weeks before the launch to taste them and find out all about them. I also get to know the customers and their tastes, and sometimes have a conversation with them. I really enjoy this contact with the customers and the chance to give them an exceptional Godiva experience!
